*Abstract Presenters that have had their abstracts accepted and presenting at the conference are required
to Register and have payment received by the Conference Secretariat on or before May 3, 2013.
Presenter Registration is non-refundable.

** To qualify for Student, Trainee, Resident or Fellow Registration - delegates must submit proof of their status to match their registration type.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

 

1.    Pre-congress workshops ( $45  CAD per session as a registered Delegate)

Workshops will become available to non-registered delegates as of April 26 at a cost of $75 CAD  per session

2.    Congress Gala Dinner ( $95 CAD per person)

 

 


 

*Students/Trainees are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2012/2013 Student/Trainee ID from the Institution where they are studying/working indicating proof of their Student/Trainee status. Please upload this document at the time of registration.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations received in writing at the VasCog Secretariat's address by May 24, 2013 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150.00 CAD administrative fee.  Cancellations received after May 24, 2013 will not be refunded however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This change can be made by re-accessing your online registration.

 

In the unlikely event that VasCog  is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

RATES AND RESERVATIONS

Rates quoted are for Conference dates – July 25-28, 2013.  Rates are available for rooms 3 days prior or post the conference dates, subject to availability. Reservation deadline is June 1, 2013. Book early to ensure you get a room.

Hotel Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration. You must register for the Conference in order to book accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION - CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES

Cancellations or changes WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing by mail, fax or email (preferred).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night room and tax which will be applied to the credit card on file or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit.

Please Note: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the hotel reservation and a charge equal to one night room and tax or more will be charged to the credit card number given above or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. Please confirm the length of your stay with the hotel at check-in time. Should you decide to leave earlier, the hotel may charge an early departure fee or for all nights reserved.
